SpringLoaf Catering
The husband and wife duo behind SpringLoaf had some very specific design parameters. They very much disliked gradients and drop shadows, so a flat look was the only choice. They wanted big hero images that took up half of the page. They also have a fondness for ultra clean, tight grid layouts. Now these are what I call good constraints. I had a pretty clear set of parameters to work within and this is helpful when staring at a blank canvas. My only fear was that the desire for a pixel perfect layout was going to result in cross browser layout issues capable of crushing my soul. So far, I have been able to manage without much trouble.
